Villa JoJo, is a stunning 3 bedroom villa with a large private garden and full size pool. It is in an elevated position offering spectacular sea and mountain views. Still only a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and harbour with it’s abundance of bars and restaurants.

The villa is set over 3 floors and has the added benefit of being gated with off road parking. All bedrooms are en-suite and all have access to a balcony to savour the breath taking Mediterranean views of Kalkan Bay and the Islands.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and we provide free WiFi.

Ground Floor

Spacious open plan kitchen/living area: Brand new kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Dining area with seating for 6 people. Comfortable sofa, smart TV with Firestick which is configured for UK TV channels. Full length doors in both the kitchen and living room area which open outside onto the terrace and pool area. WC and laundry area with washing machine on this level.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms, both en suite. Full length doors open onto a shared balcony with sea vews.

Second Floor

Twin bedded/double bedroom with en suite. Door opening onto a balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

Outside

Villa JoJo boasts a large pool with Roman steps.

There are plenty of sun loungers (pool towels provided) and parasols for all guests.

Our pool terrace has a covered dining area with seating for 6 guests, including sink unit, outside fridge and a BBQ.

The historic town of Kalkan is an enchanting place and one of the most beautiful locations along Turkey’s gorgeous Turquoise Coast. With the absence of mass tourism, Kalkan remains a charming and unspoiled haven of lush nature, brilliant blue crystal-clear sea, historic architecture, ancient history and warm traditional Turkish hospitality.

Kalkan is renowned within Turkey for it’s restaurant scene - it is believed there are over 100 restaurants in Kalkan! The rooftop restaurants are famous and a unique experience- enjoy delicious cuisine whilst dining under the stars on a balmy summer’s evening.

Night Life

Kalkan’s has a number of sophisticated bars and lounges. Sit at one of the street side bars and watch the world pass by you or head down to the sea front and enjoy a cocktail at one of the harbour front bars. Several of Kalkan’s bars offer live music throughout the week and for the very young of heart there are a couple of small ‘nightclubs’ where you dance away into the small hours.
